Sherbrook Road was purchased as a joint venture with the objective of changing the use of the ground floor former pub to retail and creating new residential units on the upper floors.
Planning permission was obtained and the works carried out. The ground floor was let to Tesco Express and four 2 bedroom apartments were created on the upper floors.
